I'm not sure I really see the contradiction, but I'm not entirely disagreeing either. As I see it, it is both the chicken and the egg, for if it didnt exist at all or even in its current position and degree of responsibility, the other wouldnt either. Its the one entity that writes the laws, and were all bound to it. The same cannot be said for corporations short of a natural monopoly, which in and of itself isnt a bad thing and is a reflection of something IMO we all could benefit from. But that isnt the case. There is nothing natural, free or equal about our markets and that is because of the bastardization of the rule of law and everyone subject to it is a victim.
